An Administration Assistant position is currently available within the Banking industry in Malta.


  • Recording employee monthly attendance / leave management & insurance administration
  • Bookkeeping of petty cash and recording expenses
  • Handling other bookkeeping tasks
  • Handling and maintaining the filing system
  • Purchasing and replenishing of stationery and office equipment
  • Liaising with vendors on office maintenance matters & office equipment repairs
  • Distributing mail
  • Booking of taxi services when required to do so
  • In charge of archiving and keeping the archive room well maintained.
  • The booking of meetings, including Board Meetings, and preparation of meeting rooms
  • The preparation of documentation and board packs 
  • Handling travel arrangements and booking of venues
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Any other office duties that may be required

Education & Experience:

  • An A'level standard of education
  • A minimum 1 year local previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry

  • A pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese & English
