One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm, are currently looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team.  In addition to acting as a front office receptionist, the role will also have some administrative duties.


  • General receptionist support
  • Maintaining office systems including filing
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting of clients

Education and experience:

  • A minimum of an 'A' level standard of education
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered beneficial


  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • The ability to multi-task
