A Secretary & Office Administrator position is currently available with an international reinsurance company, having an established growing office in Malta.


  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Providing the required administrative support
  • Greeting clients and handling telephone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings as may be required
  • Handling the booking of travel arrangements
  • Assisting in the circulation of company and group decisions around the various subsidiaries
  • The preparation of reports and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Providing support in relation to banking such as filling in forms, satisfying due diligence requirements, and any other banking support as necessary
  • Assisting in company secretarial matters and providing support to the Board and Committees as necessary
  • Providing HR administration support and supporting the Directors
  • Any other duties as may be required

Education & Experience:

  • You must be in possession of a minimum Advanced level of education
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role locally is a must
  • Candidates in possession of previous experience with company secretarial duties will be given preference

  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
