Office management is a pivotal role within Konnekt. Our front office team is wholly responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. They are the first point of contact for any of our customers, and they set the tone for our interactions and the service we are able to deliver. They are an essential link in a chain of other support functions (finance, HR, marketing) in our organisation, which support us to work efficiently and better.  

Office Administrator

Working in a team of two you will interface with an interesting array of clients and candidates who seek our services, and suppliers with whom you will be a main point of contact for. Generally, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Greeting candidates and clients alike in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Responding to or directing phone queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting the recruitment teams by channeling applications to the correct specialisation and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting our Care Manager in interactions with candidates to make their experience the best in the industry
  • Handling general administrative duties including but not limited to ordering of office supplies, up-keep of the office, including management and coordination of housekeeping, maintenance and H&S
  • Assisting the HR and Internal Finance Departments with related tasks such as coordination of events and internal training, booking travel arrangements for trainers and trainees.

Education & Experience:

  • Hold a minimum A’ Level standard of Education
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in an office management role will be considered an asset
