TEC Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Office Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. 


Job Duties:

  • Greets all incoming employees, visitors and vendors;
  • Keeps a neat and welcoming reception area;
  • Handle reception desk telephone activities;
  • Work with specialised software for quotes and inventory;
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices;
  • Attend assigned meetings and take/distribute notes as needed;
  • Sort/deliver/ process all incoming/outgoing mail needs;
  • Point-of-contact with clients for delivery services, office supply vendors, other deliveries;
  • Track and reorder inventory for office supplies and equipment;
  • Basic bookkeeping.
