TEC Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Office Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
- Greets all incoming employees, visitors and vendors;
- Keeps a neat and welcoming reception area;
- Handle reception desk telephone activities;
- Work with specialised software for quotes and inventory;
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices;
- Attend assigned meetings and take/distribute notes as needed;
- Sort/deliver/ process all incoming/outgoing mail needs;
- Point-of-contact with clients for delivery services, office supply vendors, other deliveries;
- Track and reorder inventory for office supplies and equipment;
- Basic bookkeeping.
