Soho Office Hotel which forms part of PPO Invest Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in a dynamic co-working office on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations;
  • Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages);
  • Bookkeeping procedures.



Requirement:

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Familiar with Xero;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
