Emanuel Ellul Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Secretary to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

In taking up this position you will be responsible with carrying out day to day administration of office duties, general clerical work, the filing of documents, welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.


Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Able to prioritise and organise work effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (ECDL Required) and O-level in Accounts;
  • Experience, although an asset, not required as necessary training will be provided
