Full Time Entry

Within this Administrative Assistant role, you will be forming part of the company’s Executive Office. Your main duties will include:

  • Providing logistic and administrative support
  • Organising of meetings, conferences, workshops, including invitation letters, participants lists, the procurement of venues and catering and the preparation of meeting documentation, tools and folders for participants 
  • Providing support in the drafting of administrative files and basic statistics 
  • Managing functional mailboxes of the unit within the DAS and communicate with external stakeholders on administrative matters 
  • Providing support with mission preparation for staff members, archiving of documents 
  • Providing support with reimbursement of participants
  • Support with other administrative and financial tasks

Education & Experience

  • O'level standard of education is required 
  • 1-year previous experience in administration and NGOs/migration


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English 
  • Must have an initiative, drive and able to prioritise
  • Able to work well both individually and in a team
