Burmarrad Group in Malta is looking to recruit an Administration Executive
to join their team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director and work in close coordination with the Finance and Sales Departments.
Burmarrad Group Ltd. is Malta’s leading supplier of new and used commercial and private vehicles, warehouse equipment, industrial machinery and special purpose vehicles. The Company operates a client-friendly vehicle rental and leasing service which supplies private, commercial vehicles and industrial machinery employing over 60 personnel.
Duties and responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate should:
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments;
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Drafting of quotations and sending them to clients, including follow-ups;
- Completing vehicle leasing agreements and leasing procedures;
- Updating internal accounting systems and other accounts related tasks;
- Other general duties.

The company seeks to provide a comprehensive service to the client so we have developed further our aftersales services with professionally staffed workshops and the latest technology eco-friendly machinery. Over and above all the services that we offer, it is worth noting that the Company also runs a property arm developing and selling of real estate in the Maltese islands. BC is the only ISO 9001:2015 certified company in its industry. The certificate was awarded in 2008. The Company carries out frequent risk assessments to ensure that health & safety regulations are complied with. The workshops of BC are certified by the Malta Standards Authority which is the authority responsible for the maintenance of standards in Malta. At the core of our business, we set up an in-house data center which is tailor-made for our operations. The company is continuously investing in IT to keep up with the demands of modern technology.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in Maltese & English;
- Be Highly organised with good follow up skills;
- Have an A-Level standard of Accounts.
