Vittoria Services in Malta is looking to recruit a Poker Operations Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.


The Poker Operations Administrator is responsible for the administration of Poker Tournaments and a variety of tasks in the Poker Back Office, in addition to running various reports/programs for the Poker Product Operations Team. The primary responsibilities are the “hands-on” day to day administration of the MTT, MSG, and Sit n Go tournament schedules, and reporting tasks.


  • Configuration/Cancellation of tournaments (this involves all scheduled tournaments and private tournaments hosted by our affiliates);
  • Tournament Interruption Resolution (Co-ordinate the resolution of interrupted tournaments);
  • Responsible for data entry including but not limited to adding translations from our master sheet and/or schedules to Poker Back Office;
  • Ensure all changes that are made are communicated to relevant departments/brands;
  • Assist with Tournament Performance Tracking;
  • Assist with Competitor Research;
  • Identify customer needs and resolve customer concerns;
  • Respond in a timely manner to email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies;
  • Handle a variety of admin tasks such as Weekly Updates and take on project work as required;
  • Liaise and build relationships with other departments to assist with customer inquiries;
  • Continue to acquire knowledge about the company and the gaming industry;
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned;
  • Review and assist with maintenance of tournament structures (blinds, payouts, etc.).


  • 12 months experience in a Gambling position preferred;
  • Good knowledge of a variety of different poker games;
  • Good gambling industry knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of gambling competitors, their bonuses, policies and software;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict with customers successfully while also keeping the company’s best interests in mind;
  • Strong keyboard/shortcuts skills;
  • Must have a keen eye and be attentive to details;
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills combined with a strong work ethic;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and detail-oriented;
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team;
  • Must have a flexible schedule;
  • Ability to adapt to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company;
  • Understands and comprehends online poker;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
