Full Time Experienced

In this job of an Administrator you will be focused on the day to day administration duties of the workshop, while working in a small team.  Main duties are as follows:

  • Answering telephone calls: transferring, following up and answering queries
  • Answering emails both internal and with client's
  • Issuing of invoices
  • Distribution of work related to technicians and mechanics
  • Ensuring all documentation is properly completed
  • Making sure that final checks on vehicles are performed and recorded
  • Uploading of workshop loading process
  • Errands from time to time
  • Other ad hoc duties

Working hours:  Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:15

Education and Experience

  • O’ Level standard of Education needed
  • Knowledge of Accounts seen as an asset
  • Passion for cars would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Native level of Maltese and a good command of English is a must
  • As minimum a basic knowledge of Word and Excel is needed
  • In possession of a clean driving license


  • Organised and good at prioritising
  • Excellent telephone and customer care skills
  • Team player and flexible

This Administrator position is with a workshop of an established company within the automotive industry.
