Global Tech Malta is currently looking for a responsible Administration Executive Assistant to join their growing team of professionals on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Office Manager the selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the selected candidate will include general front office duties such as:
  • Processing Mail;
  • Processing EU Funds Applications;
  • Data inputting;
  • Filing;
  • Other ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks that may be assigned by managers or direct superior.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant;
  • Excellent call handling skills;
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like photocopiers, binders, etc;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese & English;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
