Burmarrad Group is growing and they are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Director to join their team on a full-time basis. 


Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments
  • Updating and maintaining the database and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Deal with incoming email and post, corresponding on behalf of the Director
  • Logging or processing bills, expenses, invoices, and other general data
  • Drafting of quotations and sending them to clients, including follow-ups
  • Completing vehicle leasing agreements and leasing procedures
  • Updating internal accounting systems and other accounts related tasks
  • Other general duties.


The ideal candidate should:
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Be Customer Literate
  • Be Highly organized with good follow up skills
  • Have an A-Level standard of Accounts
  • Be able to work in a team and able to take the initiative to prioritize a varied workload and manage time well
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in Maltese & English
  • Be flexible with their work schedule, to meet the needs of the business
  • Must be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality
  • Have their own Transport.
