FMcore Condominium Administration Ltd. in Malta is expanding and they are looking for an experienced Condominium Administrator on a full-time basis who is highly competent and dynamic to grow within the company at our offices in Sliema.


Duties include:

  • Handling general enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Managing incoming and outgoing payments
  • Monitoring various sites
  • Troubleshooting problems on a day-to-day basis
  • Multi-tasking between several tasks at hand
  • Chasing for outstanding payments
  • Other duties as required.


The role calls for a motivated person who thrives on daily challenges and who is able to prioritise tasks within a busy environment.


Candidates must:

  • Have an O Level standard of education
  • Be fluent in English and Maltese languages
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a valid driving licence & own means of transport to travel between different sites
  • Be ready to work flexible hours.
