A new job has arisen within the manufacturing field. This vacancy requires a Office Secretary to provide full administrative support to the company. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the General Manager as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls
  • Recording invoices and attendance data
  • Preparing HR documents for new recruits and liaising with external bodies for HR purposes
  • Assisting in shipping documentation

Education and Experience

  • Minimum A'Level Standard of Education
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in written and spoken Maltese & English is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Attention to detail, analytical, efficiency and flexibility
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Possesses a smart approach with high ethical standards
