Paragon Europe, Malta is looking to recruit an Accommodation and Property Coordinator on a full-time basis to join their team within the Accommodation department. The Property Consultant will be working closely with and reporting to the Property and Operations Manager.

Property Duties include:

  • Identifying and finding new properties and increasing revenue for the organization;
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new host families;
  • Carrying out property inspections of host families and/or apartments;
  • Helping the operations executive in dealing with host families/recruiting host families;
  • Assisting in administrative tasks;
  • Performing various tasks as required by the Property Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Sales Management;
  • English and Maltese languages;
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position.

You also possess:

  • Your own transport and a clean driving licence
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Working on own initiative and also as part of a team
  • Social Media platforms.
