Our client who operates in the FMCG industry in Malta is looking for an Office Clerk to join their growing team on a full-time basis. 


Main duties:                                                
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answering telephones
  • Typing or word processing
  • Making copies of documents
  • Maintaining records
  • Make any necessary bookings in relation to travel, diner & events
  • Prepare minutes and agenda of meetings 
  • Ensure required routine reports are sent in a timely & accurate manner.


Requirements:
  • Previous experiences in similar role
  • Proficient in English verbal & written
  • Communication is the Maltese language is an advantage
  • Good Time management
  • Excellent Organisational skills.


 All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
