Our client who operates in the FMCG industry in Malta is looking for an Office Clerk
to join their growing team on a full-time basis.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Answering telephones
- Typing or word processing
- Making copies of documents
- Maintaining records
- Make any necessary bookings in relation to travel, diner & events
- Prepare minutes and agenda of meetings
- Ensure required routine reports are sent in a timely & accurate manner.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
- Previous experiences in similar role
- Proficient in English verbal & written
- Communication is the Maltese language is an advantage
- Good Time management
- Excellent Organisational skills.
