Our client is currently offering an Executive Secretary job in Malta. In this job you will be reporting to the Chief HR and the Training and Development Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Administrative duties involving diary management
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, minute taking, preparation of documentation and providing HR support
  • Maintaining the general filing system as well as dealing with both internal and external calls

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Maltese coupled with the ability to use Microsoft Office


  • A meticulous, efficient candidate with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Having a pleasant personality, a hands-on approach and ready to work in a fast paced environment.
