Within this Administrative Assistant position, you will be required to offer full administrative support to the partners within one of Malta’s leading legal firms. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Replying to emails and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence for lawyers
  • Printing, filing and scanning of documents
  • Scheduling meetings and diverting calls as necessary
  • Assisting with the compilation of documents needed for court purposes
  • Liaising with lawyers across different departments and attending to their needs accordingly
  • Delivering documents to Ministries and Departments in Valletta
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Education & Experience

  • A minimum A’ Level Standard of Education
  • Previous experience in an Administrative position, ideally within the legal sector
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Proficiency in IT, including MS Applications

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
