An Administrative Assistant position is currently available with a highly reputable medium sized organisation in financial services that is looking to enhance and expand its operation.


  • Providing assistance throughout the public procurement cycle, including the preparation of procurement documents and contracts
  • Assistance in the purchasing of supplies, services or works
  • Assist the departments with data inputting and other similar tasks
  • Liaison with suppliers, handling of invoices and posting of accounting entries
  • Planning of travel arrangements for staff
  • Carrying out of bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Administration of petty cash
  • Reception duties when required
  • Provide logistical support in management and preparation relating to the conferences organised by the company
  • Posting of receipts
  • Compiling periodic reports

Education & Experience

  • Have a minimum an  'A' level standard of Education (Level 4 is a must)
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have studied Accounts &/or ICT &/or Secretarial Duties
  • Having experience in a similar role will also be seen favorably
  • Have good IT skills


  • Fluent in both Maltese & English
