Writeon Ltd, Malta is looking to recruit an Administration / Client Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. We require a confident, highly organised, articulate individual to help keep our house in order.


Your tasks will involve:
  • Organising tasks and schedules
  • Updating an online database
  • Liaising with clients
  • Bookkeeping.


Administration / Client Coordinator Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have fluency with Microsoft office
  • Working knowledge of SAGE will be considered an asset.


This is a perfect role for someone who has experience with the tasks listed above, is highly organised, and able to work on their own initiative.  We offer flexible working hours: 3 - 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday during normal business hours, but this can also be negotiated further.
