Administration and Coordinator Assistant (Part-Time)

Within this job you will assist with Administration and Coordination duties within the Loan Equipment Service Department, while liaising internally with a team of professionals within the Care Industry and dealing with client's directly.  Duties include the below:

  • Assist and provide necessary information to client's during pick up of equipment
  • Ensure all equipment is returned in working order
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to finalise the logistics for pick up and return of equipment
  • Keep equipment clean and in good working order
  • Support with equipment stock control
  • Keep documentation related to the loan of the equipment up to date 
  • Assist with general administrative duties - telephone calls, emails and filing

Working Hours - Flexible (Monday to Friday)

Education and Experience:

  • An O’ Level standard of education is required
  • 1 year experience of working in an office environment is needed
  • Interest and knowledge of the Care Industry is seen as a major asset
  • IT Savvy - basic knowledge of Microsoft is a must
  • Native level of Maltese and a professional level of English is a definite must
  • In possession of a clean driving license
  • Own transport is preferred
