Accounts Officer

Our client, one of Malta’s top-tier law firms, is looking to recruit an Accounts Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities: 

• Bank Reconciliations 
• Issuing and processing invoices
• Assist the  Financial Controller with yearly audits and management accounts
• Preparation of accounts up to trial balance stage
• Overseeing the credit management 
• Client chasing and debt collection
• Assisting clients and suppliers with accounts related queries

Education and Experience

• A minimum of A level standard of education in Accounts
• Minimum of 1-year previous local work experience in a similar role
• Previous experience within credit control
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
