Our client in the Building Services industry providing installation and maintenance services to a range of domestic and non-domestic clients throughout Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Posting of invoices (both payables and receivables section);
  • Reconciling any supplier account as required;
  • Dealing with any internal queries within the finance department;
  • Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
  • Maintaining customer and supplier trust relationship by keeping service information confidential

Applicants will:
  • Demonstrate previous ability in managing a busy workload, reaching agreed targets and timescales;
  • Be extremely organised with the ability to take initiative (prioritising workload);
  • Possess excellent communication skills when liaising with own team and other departments;
  • Possess a minimum of 1-year of experience undertaking a similar role;
  • Preferably have excellent written and oral proficiency in Maltese and English;
  • Show strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
