Part Time Experienced
Our client, working in the business sector in Malta, is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on a part-time basis to join their team.  


Main Duties:
  • Assist in weekly bank deposits;
  • Help in Issuing of Sales invoices and send to clients;
  • Post supplier purchases invoices in the system;
  • Creditors reconciliations & allocations;
  • Scan and file certain documentation where needed;
  • Any other tasks requested by the HOD.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an accounts department so as a front office clerk;
  • Organised and able to take initiative when required;
  • Able to work in a group and correspond with other departments;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. 

All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
