Our client, working in the business sector in Malta, is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk
on a part-time basis to join their team.
- Assist in weekly bank deposits;
- Help in Issuing of Sales invoices and send to clients;
- Post supplier purchases invoices in the system;
- Creditors reconciliations & allocations;
- Scan and file certain documentation where needed;
- Any other tasks requested by the HOD.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an accounts department so as a front office clerk;
- Organised and able to take initiative when required;
- Able to work in a group and correspond with other departments;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
