JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB LEVEL: Entry, Experienced
C&H Bartoli Ltd in Malta s looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will report to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department;
  • Enter key data of financial transactions;
  • Issue invoices to clients, manage debtors and record receipts from clients;
  • Prepare deposits and keep records relating to accounts receivable;
  • Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties that may be required.

We are looking for individuals who are:
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn, with good communication skills;
  • Have the ability to integrate and work well in a team environment;
  • Accurate, organised and have good analytic skills;
  • Proficient in MS applications, especially MS Excel.
