Finance Clerk

As a Finance Clerk, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and your responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Book-Keeping
• Monitoring of debtor balances and ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner
• Handling petty cash
• Posting and reconciling inter-company transactions
• Other ad-hoc duties normally performed in an accounts department

Education & Experience

• A'Level qualification in accounting 
• A minimum of 1 year previous experience within a local accounting environment
• Experience within accounting in the services industry will be considered an asset

Skills

• Attention to detail
• Well organised and adaptable 
• Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
