Job Vacancy: Secretary on a part-time and full-time basis

For one of our group companies, we require a highly organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills and who is acutely attentive to detail. An analytical and hands-on approach to work and the ability to multitask and prioritise the workload to ensure that all urgent issues are dealt with is also vital for this role. Equally important is the ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English. Applicants need to be computer literate, preferably with an ECDL qualification and up to at least an “A” level standard of education.

The successful candidate will act as a key person in applying procedures related to Anti-Money Laundering regulations. You will be in contact with the company’s clients on a regular basis to assist them in complying with current laws and regulations as well as Portman International’s policies.

Requirements:
Up to two (2) years, previous experience in Financial Services or legal work would be considered an asset. We consider this vacancy to be unsuitable for full-time university students.
