Recruitment Coordinator

Within the job of Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up recruitment processes, sourcing and placing candidates in agreeable employment positions. Working closely within the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing recruitment needs

  • Developing and updating job descriptions and adverts

  • Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and other relevant channels

  • Guiding potential candidates

  • Conducting face to face/Skype interviews

  • Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics

  • Preparing induction documents

 

Educations and Experience:

  • Possesses a diploma/ degree in HR or a related subject

  • Previous experience within an HR or recruitment role

  • Having an experience within an iGaming industry would be considered an asset

 

Skills:

  • A Professional level of English and another Scandinavian Language, preferably Swedish, is required

  • The ability to come up with innovative recruitment strategies

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Possess good communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent time management and conscientiousness

  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and multitask

  • Able to take initiative and be proactive
