Job Vacancy: Receptionist / Office Clerk on a Full time basis

Candidates should possess the following attributes:
  • Be very hardworking
  • Self driven and work on own initiative

  • Possess excellent time management skills

  • Have a positive attitude

Candidates must:
  • Have excellent computer skills and possess an ECDL certification
  • Possess at least 6 O’levels including English, Maths and Maltese
  • Present a paragraph explaining why they would be the ideal candidate
  • A track record in customer care will be considered a bonus
  • Must hold a Maltese ID card / passport

Job description:
  • Answering / registering calls
  • Attending clients concerns and solve their problems
  • Filing in government applications
  • Filing product forms
  • Updating service dashboard
