An International Financial Services Company is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator. The company has a range of high value advisory and support services to assist companies of all sizes to understand their market opportunities, develop actionable market strategies and establish business operations successfully in foreign markets.

The company equips its clients with the knowledge and understanding of new countries that is essential to successful market entry and growth initiatives, as well as providing the legal structures, administrative support and fiscal arrangements to maximise the opportunities and achieve long-term sustainability.

  • Reception duties, dealing with incoming telephone calls and visitors to the premises
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail and the receipt and dispatch of items via courier
  • Providing administration support to the pension and corporate service teams including scanning and filing of documents
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and stationery
  • Maintaining visitor log/staff fire register
  • Occasional offsite visits for the purpose of making deliveries or collections
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business or as the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake
