Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for a new challenging job opportunity? We are looking for a  Pensions Administrator for one of our clients, who is an established leader in the international pensions market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of highly professional people with legal, financial, banking and pensions background in an experienced and well respected Retirement Scheme Administration Company.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
  • Attention to detail and the ability to competently check work of others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Highly numerate and able to work with numbers and make financial calculations.
  • Must have excellent organisational, management skills, and IT skills (Word, Excel, e-mail).
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills with the ability meet deadlines

The main duties within the role will be:
  • Carrying out and checking the work of the administration teams with efficiency, competency and professionalism using reference documentation as required.
  • Organise and prioritise own work, ensuring completion within quality standards and agreed service levels.
  • Updating member's records accurately and maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Liaising with clients, pension members, and other staff in a positive manner - assisting with queries and providing accurate information.
