Business Content Writer

Job Description
Standard Publications Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Business Content Writer to join their editorial team and enrich their weekly paper and online platform with new articles. 

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, article pitches, and proofreading articles before publication. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, generate interest and boost brand awareness of the Malta Business Weekly.

If you’re familiar with producing high-quality written content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter, or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web and print publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress-desirable)• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
• Applicants to reside in Malta.
