Our client is looking for a Technical Support Executive to join their dynamic team. Play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of IT systems. As a proactive problem-solver, you will engage with clients, diligently log and track issues, and resolve challenges using your expertise. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully operational after troubleshooting activities.
  • Resolve client issues remotely through various channels, including phone, email, and chat and log all reported issues, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers and coordinate vendor notifications and patches with customers.
  • Track issues through to resolution within agreed time limits or SLAs and utilize tools to handle tickets and cases efficiently.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, obtaining relevant industry certifications.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux mainstream platforms.
  • Install, configure, and monitor backup solutions and handle server, desktop, and laptop hardware repairs, ensuring the availability of adequate spares.
  • Troubleshoot PC and laptop faults on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Working experience within a similar role.
  • Knowledge of hardware appliances, laptops, servers, storage solutions and technologies and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driving License
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
