IT Support Specialist

Our client, renowned across the island for exceptional service, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team.

The perfect candidate should be self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to collaborate with both internal and external clients.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Installing specific software
• Assisting with virtual platform-related problems
• Offering technical support at the network and application levels
• Drafting and reviewing system documentation, including disaster recovery plans and server maintenance schedules
• Escalating unresolved service or project issues within established timeframes and service level agreements

• Either a Diploma in IT or Degree in IT or CCNA certifications coupled with a few months of experience in a similar role OR a a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
