IT Support

Our client, a big Group of companies, is looking to hire an IT Support to join their team in one of their individual Companies in the education sector. 

The IT Support will manage the IT needs of one or more of the Group’s companies if needed. This role requires a passion for technology and education, a willingness to learn, and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to students, teachers, and staff, both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software for classroom technology (computers, projectors, smart boards, etc.).
• Support network systems and ensure reliable connectivity with minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts and permissions for school systems, such as email and learning platforms.
• Assist the IT Group’s team in desktop support, network troubleshooting, and basic server maintenance across the organization.
• Deploy and configure hardware and software while ensuring cybersecurity measures are upheld.

This position offers the opportunity to support educational technology in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred.
• Experience with classroom IT systems or in a school IT environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and basic networking principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, server systems, and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist users with varying technical expertise.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• A clean driving license is required.
