IT Manager

Job Description
Würth Ltd is looking to recruit an IT Manager on a full-time basis to join their team. 

The IT Manager contributes to the design and deployment of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, security, user support, training, application development, and reporting requirements of the organization and ensures that quality service delivery is in compliance with group-level requirements. The ICT operations strategy and governance across the group and the health and upkeep of operational services, solutions or systems that are shared among the business units.

The successful candidate will have the necessary experience and knowledge to work in an information technology environment, be able to identify and manage priorities, and constantly work to improve processes to add value to the business.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science or an Information Technology-related discipline, with at least five years, experience running technology operations with hands-on technical experience such as a Systems Engineer / Digitalization Specialist.
• Be able to provide leadership to manage outsourcing teams to constantly achieve business objectives.
• Possess excellent communication skills and be able to balance the needs of multiple projects.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and sound application development, reporting and system integration abilities.
• Experience in:
  • Managing Windows / LINUX virtualized infrastructure
  • Development, Deployment and Management of Azure SaaS solutions
  • Full-stack Development experience in PHP, SQL and Python for Back + Front End solutions
  • Management on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP
  • Extensive Experience in SQL Reporting and BI tools
  • Server + Client + Device Maintenance + End User Support
  • Networking, Endpoint Security, Firewall Management and Configuration
