Systems & Networks Engineer

Our client, a prominent IT company, is looking to employ a Systems and Networks Engineer to onboard and grow their clients internal infrastructure and security. 

As a systems & Networks engineer, you will work on the design, deployment and support when it comes to high profile infrastructure projects which include cloud technologies, security and networking.

• Design and implement technology solutions for clients, leveraging strategic cloud and security managed services.
• Proactively deliver preventive maintenance and service improvements for clients’ managed environments, including systems, networking, security, and cloud services.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes as agreed.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and update client documentation, as well as provide consulting services such as system reviews and recommendations.
• Contribute to and support commercial activities in partnership with the commercial team.
• Continuously explore opportunities to utilize technologies that improve efficiency, reliability, and security in IT practices.
• Engage in research, development, and the implementation of new technological initiatives that align with strategic goals.

• 2 years of IT related experience
• Strong communication, both speaking and writing
• Good technical diagnostic skills and attending to detail
• Familiarity with Azure and M365 portals is a plus
• A desire to learn, grow and succeed

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field
• IT Certifications in Azure or Microsoft Security Administration would be a plus
