Our client is searching for a motivated System Administrator to join their growing team:
Responsibilities:
Managing internal IT incidents and service requests with efficient logging, troubleshooting, and information gathering through the service desk application to prioritize workloads and escalate as needed.
Supporting audio-visual technologies, including projection and amplification systems.
Installing and administering server environments.
Conducting network analysis, monitoring, capacity management, and ensuring secure configurations.
Planning and executing technology upgrades, platform migrations, and new infrastructure deployment.
Setting and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) effectively.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, MS Azure, Office 365, and Google platf
An understanding of networking concepts.
A professional and proactive attitude.
Excellent English communication skills.
Education and Experience
At least 1 year of experience in user support.
A Diploma in IT or a related qualification.
