Systems Administrator

Our well-known client offering IT services, are on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling 2nd level support requests, either remote or on site, related to Microsoft applications as well as virtual environments.
• Remote access solution implementation and support.
• Communicating with clients in a timely manner and keeping them updated on the progress of the incident and way forward.
• Escalating project or service issues.
• Offering internal technical support.

• Between 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques etc.
• Knowledge on Microsoft products would be nice to have.
• Candidate must be already based in Malta.

• Either a Diploma or Degree in IT or certifications related to Microsoft products.
