Our Client is a mechanical contractor in Malta who seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to join their Qormi warehouse in a primarily administrative function.
Working hours:
This is a full-time position working 7 am to 3.30 pm with the opportunity of paid overtime.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Delivery Persons for material pick up/delivery
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing stock, updating the stock database accordingly
- Purchasing lower-level stock items from the local market to maintain minimum stock levels;
- Oversee the Stores on behalf of the Storekeeper during annual leave etc.
Applicants for this role will:
- Be familiar with warehousing
- Demonstrate computer literacy
- Have excellent communication skills (in English and preferably Maltese)
- Possess a driving license.
