Stores and Administration Executive
Apco Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Stores and Administration Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

THE POSITION:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Administration Team, the Stores and Administration Executive raises purchase orders and invoices, and assists with online orders, sales invoice processes and quotes. The role involves responsibility for stock taking in liaison with the finance and sales teams, van stock analysis, handling delivery orders and order lists, and supervising store operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
- At least two years experience in a store environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
- Clean police conduct and a valid driving licence are required
- Knowledge of load handling, lifting techniques, recycling legislation, H&S regulations, and administrative procedures is desirable
- The candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, attentive to detail and able to work effectively in a team environment.
