Parts Executive

Our client, one of the leading companies within the local automotive sector, is currently seeking to recruit a full time Parts Executive to complement their team of professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting all functions of the department including the sales, administration and customer facing functions 
• Assist in customers' complaints taking all appropriate actions to resolve in a timely manner
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels, monitoring of slow-moving items and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Administering and developing relationships with existing suppliers, researching for new suppliers, conducting market and price analysis
• Taking care of necessary reporting, data inputting and WIPS follow up
