Logistics Clerk
A vacancy has arisen for the post of Logistics Clerk within Farsons Beverage Imports Co. Ltd.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, reliable, and timely support to the overall operations of the Logistics Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Logistics Manager with stock control of finished goods, including periodic physical stock takes.
• Produce and issue return notes using applicable software, making amendments, as necessary.
• Conduct checks of any outgoing or incoming goods.
• Document returns of finished products from trade, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Distribution of picklists to Warehouse Pickers.
• Verify orders picked and loaded onto delivery trucks.
• Ensure that Warehouse is left up to date after all picking and loading has been completed.
• Follow up on Cleaning Procedures as per company guidelines.
• Administration of banderols
• List down all damaged stock in specified sheet to be deducted at the end of month.
• Report any damage immediately that occurs in the warehouse.
• Monitor and motivate staff.
• Report to be sent every day to Logistics Administrator with process status and any pending issues at the end of each shift.
• Logistics Admin to be copied in all emails concerning the warehouse and distribution of FBIC.
Candidate Requirements:
• A minimum of ‘O’ Level standard of education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Being pro-active.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in Logistics setup will be considered an asset.
