IT Supply Chain Lead

Our client, a global consulting and technology firm with a strong international presence, specializing in digital transformation, ERP, and cloud-based solutions is seeking to recruit an IT Supply Chain Lead to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, forecast, and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor utilization, identify gaps, and optimize assignments for efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintain a centralized database to track resource availability, skills, and allocation.
• Collaborate with the team and demand leads on resource planning.
• Provide reports on resource status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the escalation point for conflicts or shortages.
• Analyze utilization data to forecast future demand and trends.
• Leverage data insights to enhance resource planning and align with business goals.

• 5 years previous experience in a similar role such as resource planning
• Able to plan strategically and forecast
• Data driven and able to analyse data
• Adaptable and resilient in their approach

• Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Administration
