Concrete Pump Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to support our concrete pumping operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to various job sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the concrete pump operator in setting up and dismantling pumping equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
- Help in the preparation and transportation of concrete to job sites.
- Monitor the flow of concrete and assist in managing the placement process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to the operator.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or concrete pumping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills in English/Maltese languages.
