Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving revenue growth and client acquisition. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, secure new contracts, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to align client needs with available resources.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or outsourcing industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the local market, particularly in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
