Quoting Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Quoting Representative. This role is essential in providing accurate and timely quotes to our clients while ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the quoting process.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product specifications, and availability.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
- Maintain and update the quoting database to ensure all information is current and accessible.
- Follow up with customers to clarify any questions and ensure satisfaction with quotes provided.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to quotes and orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide informed quotes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quoting software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
