We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in a general sales, office, and store role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, a client-focused attitude, excellent sales abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Day-to-day tasks primarily include collecting orders from pharmacies, promoting to pharmacies and healthcare professionals, handling office tasks such as invoicing and emails, and performing store duties like picking and packing orders, as well as preparing goods in the dispatch area for delivery. 

Other duties will require the candidate to perform additional related tasks that can help further maximise the company's operations and sales. Growth in sales resulting from strong performance will earn an allocated percentage of the sales as commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Order collections from pharmacies
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the inventory system program
  • Handle office tasks such as invoicing and emails
  • Perform store duties: picking and packing, stock rotation and preparation of goods in the dispatch area for delivery
  • Promotion of products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals
  • Organise schedules and appointments for promotional visits
  • Create product campaigns and implement strategies to drive sales growth effectively.

Requirements:

  • Upper secondary education or higher; additional education in science subjects is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales and office is preferred
  • Possess excellent sales abilities
  • Ability to work in different areas as outlined in the responsibilities
  • Proficient in using computer programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and use an inventory program
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail                                                         
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
