After Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a After Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients after they have made a purchase. You will be the main point of contact for any post-sales inquiries or issues and will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Identify and report any recurring issues to management for further improvement
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
